SUMMER BASEBALL PROGRAM.

This summer, Lexington will be participating once again in the Middlesex League. The Middlesex league is a travel program made up of various neighboring towns and age levels and a fun summer experience for the players. We will be fielding teams in the following divisions:

· A Division, current 5th and 6th graders.  Games tentatively scheduled for Mondays & Wednesdays
· B Division, current 3rd and 4th graders.  Games tentatively scheduled for Tuesdays & Thursdays

For our current 1st and 2nd grade players,  we will once again be running a 'pickup' league.  This league is like a good old fashioned pick-up baseball game.  We will have brief instructions and practice, followed by a 3 inning game.  Teams will be made up each week based on whomever is available and shows up for that week.  This is a fun, instructional, low pressure way to keep the kids involved and active during the summer months.  This will be held on Saturday mornings and is free, but we ask that you please register.


Divisions/Programs:

Majors: Current 5th and 6th graders
Minors: Current 3rd and 4th graders
Pick-up League: Current 1st and 2nd graders

Cost:

Minors & Majors - $150
Pick-up League - Free

Schedule:

Majors and Minors  will have games two weeknights TBD
Pick-up league - Saturday mornings (time tbd)
